About Us

Southern Recycling Center (SRC) was established in 1988 by Anastasios Karayiannis. SRC is based out of Carbondale, Illinois and accepts all types of recyclable materials. The 300,000 square foot facility contains a public drop-off area, 3 baling systems, a sorting line, truck scale and 10 loading docks.
